Fire and Rescue Services
Our professional on-site team of emergency services officers (ESO’s) and paramedics provide a committed, high-level service that protects your workforce and your reputation.
In rural and remote locations, access to external emergency services may be limited and many crews are volunteers.
In addition to their primary role of medical response, our paramedic teams are trained and experienced in the provision of emergency services. This can be provided as a stand-alone service or as part of an emergency response team.
Rescue-1 fire and rescue services include:
- Response to emergencies requiring open circuit breathing apparatus (OCBA) or involving rescue at height, confined spaces, HAZMAT, or needing the use of hydraulic rescue tools and techniques.
- Participation as part of a fire fighting team to rural or structural fires.
- Emergency scene management, including liaison with external emergency services.
- Participating in Emergency Response Team skills training, exercises and debriefs.
- Undertaking risk assessments and developing job safety (JSA) documentation for operations involving specific hazards.
Our services are fully tailored to your work environment. We value teamwork highly and work with site staff and management to ensure workforce safety and protection of site assets.
